Refund & Support
Last updated: August 2026
Payment Confirmation
Work begins once the payment terms agreed at the start of your project are confirmed.
Work Commencement
Once work has started, the time and effort already committed are factored into any cancellation discussion.
Cancellation
Cancellation before work begins is handled case by case — message us directly to discuss your specific situation. Advance payments are non-refundable once design and development work has actually commenced, given the customised nature of each setup.
Completed Work
Once a deliverable is completed and handed over as agreed, it's considered fulfilled.
Milestone Payments
For larger engagements, payments may be split across milestones, agreed in advance with you.
Domain & Hosting Fees
Domain registration and any third-party hosting charges are strictly non-refundable once incurred — these are paid to external providers (registrars, hosts), not retained by us.
Third-Party Charges
Any third-party charge (domain, premium hosting, premium platform extensions) is disclosed to you before it's incurred — never added silently.
Revision Requests
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included — see Terms & Conditions for how scope is defined.
Support Period
Every setup includes a standard 7-day post-delivery window for minor content corrections and fixes within the agreed scope of work.
Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance beyond the support period is a separate, optional conversation — reach out on WhatsApp if you'd like to discuss it.
Response Expectations
We aim to respond to support requests promptly during the agreed support period; exact timing can vary with volume and complexity.
Exceptional Cases
Situations outside the above are reviewed individually and discussed directly and transparently with you.
Refund Evaluation
Refund requests are evaluated based on work completed, time invested, and any third-party costs already incurred. There is no automatic refund policy beyond what's agreed at the start of your engagement.
