Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the digital setup services provided by TechStudyHubCore under the brand name TSH Digital Setup. By engaging our services, you accept these terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide digital infrastructure setup — a business website, WhatsApp Business-oriented enquiry flow, and, on higher packages, Google Business Profile and Maps assistance — matching the plan you select.

2. Service Packages

Foundation (₹1,999), Customer Flow (₹4,999), Market Presence (₹9,999), and Portfolio Site (₹1,499) each include exactly what's listed under Pricing on the homepage at the time you engage us, and nothing beyond that unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content needed to complete the build.

4. Content Supplied by Client

You're responsible for the accuracy of, and your rights to use, any text, logos, or images you supply for your site.

5. Domain Registration

Where a custom domain is part of your package, registration is carried out using your details. Renewal beyond the first term is your responsibility unless we've separately agreed otherwise.

6. Hosting

Basic hosting is set up as part of delivery. Any hosting costs beyond what's included in your package are disclosed to you before they're incurred.

7. Third-Party Services

Services like Google Maps, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business remain governed by their own respective terms.

8. WhatsApp Business

Where WhatsApp Business setup is included, we help configure it; WhatsApp/Meta's own terms and any account verification requirements apply.

9. Google Business Profile / Maps

Setup or optimisation assistance is provided where included in your package; visibility or ranking outcomes are not guaranteed.

10. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver within 3–5 business days of receiving your complete business details.

11. Revisions

A 7-day post-delivery revision window is included with every package — see Refund & Support for specifics.

12. Change Requests

Requests beyond the agreed scope may involve additional time or cost, which we'll always discuss with you before proceeding.

13. Payments

Payment terms are agreed with you before work begins, in line with your selected package.

14. Intellectual Property

Custom design and code created specifically for your project are handled according to the scope of work agreed at the outset.

15. Domain Ownership

A domain registered in your name or account belongs to you.

16. Client Assets

Logos, images, and text you provide remain yours. By supplying them, you confirm you have the right to use them.

17. Third-Party Licenses

Any third-party fonts, icon sets, or plugins used in your build remain subject to their own respective licenses.

18. Service Limitations

This is digital infrastructure and support tooling — not a guarantee of business outcomes, sales, or growth.

19. SEO Disclaimer

We apply reasonable technical and local SEO practices where included. Search engine ranking behaviour is ultimately outside our control.

20. No Guaranteed Rankings

We do not guarantee any specific Google or search engine ranking.

21. No Guaranteed Leads

We do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries or leads.

22. No Guaranteed Revenue

We do not guarantee any revenue, sales, or business growth outcome.

23. Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance beyond the included support period is a separate, optional conversation.

24. Support

A support period follows delivery, as described in Refund & Support.

25. Suspension / Termination

Either party may discontinue an engagement in line with what was agreed at the outset.

26. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the value of the service package you purchased.

27. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond their control.

28. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the business evolves. Continued engagement after an update implies acceptance of the revised terms.

29. Governing Understanding

These terms, together with anything specifically agreed in writing for your project, form the whole understanding between you and TechStudyHubCore for that engagement.
