At TSH Digital Setup (a service by TechStudyHubCore), we collect only what's needed to respond to your enquiry, and we explain plainly what happens to it below.

Through the enquiry form on this site, we collect: your name, business name and town, industry/business type, selected package, and any requirements you choose to type. Nothing is collected until you fill in and submit the form.

2. Information You Provide Voluntarily

Every field in the enquiry form is entered by you, voluntarily. We do not pre-populate it with data from elsewhere, and we don't ask for a phone number in the form — WhatsApp becomes your contact channel once you continue there.

3. Business Information

Details you share about your business (name, town, industry, requirements) are used only to understand your enquiry and recommend or prepare the right setup.

4. Contact Information

We don't collect or store a phone number on this website. Your WhatsApp number becomes visible to us only once you open a chat with our business number, which is a WhatsApp/Meta interaction outside this site.

5. How We Use Information

Solely to evaluate your enquiry, recommend a suitable setup, and communicate about your project. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing or share them with unrelated third parties.

6. WhatsApp Communication

When you click "Continue on WhatsApp," the message is generated locally in your browser from what you typed, and handed to WhatsApp to open a chat. From that point, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms, Inc.) own privacy practices, terms, and data handling — not ours.

7. Third-Party Services

This site may reference or link to third-party services — Google Maps, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, domain registrars, or hosting providers. Each is governed by its own privacy policy; we don't control how they process data.

8. Hosting and Infrastructure

This site is served through standard static hosting, which may log basic technical request data (like IP address and browser type) for reliability and security purposes, as most hosting providers do by default.

9. Google Maps / Google Business Profile

Where a Google Business Profile or Maps integration is part of your setup, Google's own terms and privacy policy govern that data and interaction.

10. Cookies / Analytics

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics beyond what a standard static host may log by default. If analytics is added in future, this policy will be updated to disclose it.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to and fulfil your request, or as required for basic business record-keeping.

We take reasonable care with any information shared with us, though no online system — ours or any third party's — can be guaranteed completely secure.

We don't share your information with unrelated third parties. Information is only ever seen by the third-party platform you actively choose to continue on (WhatsApp) or a service directly involved in delivering your setup.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to anyone.

15. User Rights / Requests

You can ask what information we hold about your enquiry, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just message Kartik directly on WhatsApp or send a request through the enquiry form.

16. Children's Data

This service is intended for business owners, professionals, and other adults. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

17. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after an update implies acceptance of the revised policy.
